We hired Guest Brothers to replace our porch. I thought they did a good job at a reasonable price. Gage also came back multiple times to check and touch up.

Kurt and Gage did a footing for us in our basement where we are going to place the support for a steel beam. They were professional, honest, responsive, great-mannered and super easy to work with. After looking at our plans and engineering drawings, they even wanted me to double-check with the engineer about whether we even needed to expand our footing, despite that meaning that they wouldn’t need to do the job. Even though it was a long day for them, they got the job done in one day. I’m glad I found them and would do business with them again!

Best decision ever hiring Guest Brothers Construction. Kurt Guest and sons Colby , or is it Cole, and Gage were such a great team getting our new driveway in. We thought we’d have to wait for temps to drop in the fall, but, got a call from Kurt when he saw that we had a 63 degree day coming on “Thursday”. Asked if they could start on Tuesday and by Friday, “We’re walking on Sunshine, yeah, yeah,”. Are you humming that song now? Yeah, me too. We’re still waiting for the cars to touch their tires on the precisely groomed concrete snow, but, after sealing, they will meet.

This is exactly how the whole project worked. They are courteous and kind, with a few funnies to boot! They even trained my hubby on keeping the driveway watered. Should I even mentioning their patience with his overly OCD tendencies.
